TY-107 Electronic Rubber Sheet Cutting M/C
1. This machine adopts crankshaft design to increase the power of cutting,The cutting length can be set freely.
2. Cutting tools can be adjusted and changed by personnel. This feature can prolong the service life of machines and reduce costs.
3. The cutters are made of Japanese special steel, which is staunch, unyielding and double-side available.
4. The security of operating personnel is guaranteed by concealing actuating devices or adding platemetal protection covers.
5. The machineries are equipped with manual operated central lubrication systems, as well as waste oil centralized systems. So that the routine inspection and maintenance is easy to perform.
7. The feeding rollers are made of stainless materials. Being durable and clean, the rollers can also be intergrated with cladding rubber materials.
8. Special equipments are optionally available, such as the board on the discharge port, manual operated oil extractor, automatic oil extractor, the rails on the feeding inlet and other customized design.
9. As an integrated machinery, it can be linked to the automatic sweeping and powdering machinery and refrigerant type rubber machine. They can be operated at the same time and thus set up a complete production line.
